Abstract
Examination of the surgical patient is an essential surgical operation, which has three basic steps: examination of the patient's own therapeutic balance sheet and prepare the patient for surgery. History is the first moment when the physician establishing contact with the patient, a description of pain, creating a specificing examination of urgent acute conditions.
