Why does DNA have three terminal triplets and only one initial triplet?

Abstract

Suppose that the synchronization period of length 3 in DNA and RNA is violated during the translation or transition processes. We claim that the probability of reading a shifted terminal triplet is quite high and thus the synthesis of RNA or proteins will soon terminate.
