Abstract

In this pilot study, a higher percentage of immature B-cells was a significant predictor of therapeutic failure of extracorporeal photopheresis. Our findings warrant larger prospective studies analyzing the predictive value of B-cell subsets for successful ECP treatment of cGVHD.
