Abstract
Most attacks of acute pancreatitis (AP) do not lead to complications, however, some percentage of patients have a more serious necrotizing AP. Nevertheless patiens profit from intensive treatment started as early as possible.
Therefore good scoring system is needed.Our results showed CRP level to be better predictive factor of necrotizing AP compared to Ranson´s score.
