Abstract
Chapter discusses trombolembolic patients with chronic pulmonary hypertension, which are indicated for operation. Includes new current knowledge and experience with international cooperation in the treatment focusing on surgical treatment.
Thoroughly surgical operation is discussed from the indications and technique of operation after complications associated with perioperative and postoperative care.
