Germline mutations 657del5 and 643C > T (R215W) in NBN are not likely to be associated with increased risk of breast cancer in Czech women

Abstract

The frequency of the NBN 657del5 and R215W mutations in the Czech population is low, and no association of these mutations with breast cancer susceptibility was demonstrated.
