Abstract

Arterial hypertension is important and treatable risk factor both for development of chronic kidney disease in general population and progression of renal injury in pre-exist chronic kidney disease in diabetic and non-diabetic patients. Unfavourable efect of hypertension, mainly systolic and pulse blood pressure, is asserted in context of other risk factors especially albuminuria and proteinuria.
