Solution structure of the N-terminal domain of Bacillus subtilis delta subunit of RNA polymerase and its classification based on structural homologs

Abstract

We solved the structure of the N terminal domain of the delta subunit from Bacillus subtilis RNA polymerase and compared it with with existing structural homologs.
