Abstract
The essay is the systematic and critical reflection on the independent section of Praguebienale 2008, which under this title recapitulated the roots of kinetic art in 1950s and 1960s and added information on some contemporary exposures of this trend. The permanent expressive strength of some elder pieces of arts has been shown, though at the same time curators´ disability has been criticized to differ between kinetic art itself from relating but by their nature different tendencies.
