ZnO hedgehog-like structures for control cell cultivation

Abstract

Zinc oxide hedgehog-like structures using hydrothermal method at low temperature were prepared, characterized and used as a substráte for osteoblasts cultivation. It was found that it is a non-toxic material useful for bioapplications.
