Neurogenic bladder dysfunction includes problems of bladder filling, emptying or their combination on the basis of neurogenic diseases. Character of the dysfunction depends on localization and extent of neurogenic patology. Diagnostics is complex with majority importance of urodynamics examination. Treatment is mostly conservative, surgical in failure. Goals of treatment are:
1. preservation of the upper urinary tract,
2. improvement of urinary continence,
3. improving of lower urinary tract function,
4. improving of quality of life.
