Abstract
This paper deals with problems such as burnout syndrome with special respect to nurses. Introductory section focuses on clarifying the concept, causes burnout and levels of this syndrome.
Burnout can be observed on three levels: mental, physical, and social relations. The most in this post We will give psychological level, especially in terms of personality characteristics, that individuals of this syndrome more predisposed.
As with any disorder true that things better to prevent than to treat. We believe that one possibility syndrome prevention burnout in the medical supervision.
