Abstract

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is the most common cardiovascular disease of genetic origin. In the majority of cases it is an autosomal dominant hereditary disease marked by multation of one of the genes for sarcomeric proteins and so-called sarcomeric hypertrophic cardomyopathy
