Increasing the infliximab dose in rheumatoid arthritis patients: a randomised, double blind study failed to confirm its efficacy.

Abstract

Double-blind, randomised study. Partially responders to dose 3 mg/kg of infliximab were randomised to dose 5 mg/kg or 3 mg/kg.

Increase of dose didn´t improve the outcome.
