Abstract
In psychiatric expert´s reports dealing with cases of dementia it is important to look to the degree and type of this disorder in compliance with International diagnostic criteria. A diagnosis of mild dementia does not neccessarily mean a state of legal incapacity.
If a person in question is alive, the psychological assessment is extremely helpful.
