Abstract
A short textbook for students of Iuridical faculty presents a basic knowledge of fundamentals of general psychopatology and psychiatric disorders in connection with their specifity from the point of view of forensic psychiatry. A number of case reports concerning criminal and civil law demonstrate an expert´s way of thinking.
