Probe of psychopharmacological treatment of patients with acute psychosis at Clinic of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine, Comenius University in Bratislava and at the Clinic of Psychiatry, 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague

Abstract

The treatment practices were compared in two groups (each group n = 30) of patients with acute psychotic disorder at psychiatric clinics in Prague (PA) and Bratislava (BA). The treatment with psychopharmacological drugs was evaluated for the period of the first three days of hospitalization and for the 14th day of hospitalization.

Differences found in treatment practice were not significant.
