Abstract
The authors present a development of total wrist arthroplasty of their own design. The implant has been used since 2006.
Indication for wrist replacement were rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and primary or secondary osteoarthritis. The authors present group of 32 patients with average age of 52.
Average range of motion and complications are presented in an average follow-up of 12 months.
