Abstract
Atopic dermatitis is one of the most common diseases in children - in the first ten years of age is the prevalence 10-20%.It is a chronic, pruritic, relapsing dermatitis of multifactorial etiology with various clinical features.The treatment requires comprehensive approach and good pacient´s compliance.
