Abstract
The article describes problematic of violence in the workplace, definitions of various form of violence, both physical and psychological. It includes conclusions of violence in the workplace - psychical, legal, economic and social.
The article introduce the research, which was realized in frame of the project of European Social Fund - Program Human recourses and employment rate - Strengthening the social dialogue with emphasis on coping with crisis situations of violence in the workplace especially health care and social service facilities .
