Abstract
In this monograph involves more than 40 authors who commented on this issue from the standpoint of different disciplines, professional experience and personal opinions. Due to the seriousness of the topic, and especially to the positive response in the professional community, we decided to professional, but also society-wide debate on the issues of ethics and communications in medicine to promote regular training conferences on this topic and continue the intensive development of specific topics in this plane.
The issue of euthanasia was fairly obvious choice. It is still a contradictory topic that is associated more with erroneous ideas than specific knowledge and expertise to the public and still represents a taboo.
