Abstract

Efficacy and safety of a new intravenous immunoglobulin 10% formulation (octagam 10%) in patients with immune thrombocytopenia. Phase III Study of 116 adult patients with ITP. 80% of patients attained clinical response - platelet more then 50x10.9/l.

The median time to response was 2 days.
