Abstract
Tumar markers assessment has been discussed for clinical use for colorectal cancer disease. Some markers can be used as independent prognostic factors, none of them are recommended for screening or primary diagnosis.
Using tumor markers assessment is recommended for early detection of colorectal cancer recurrence. Every assesment shoud be interpreted in relation to other investigation method.
