Abstract
The report presents a principal goal achieved in the project GAČR 303/07/0950 which is improved accuracy and precision of the measurement of renal clearance by gamma-camera method due to application of transmission measurement and quantification of scintigraphic data based on an improved model of radiopharmaceutical transit through the kidney.
