Abstract
Slide presents an analysis of the final recommendations of the current issue of testing children and adolescents in schools in suspected use of addictive substances. Accentuates the four main points of view in this important act, and the legal, psychological, educational and medical.
Legal point of view suggests an analysis of international, national and vnitroresortních legislative instruments relating to children, youth, educational facilities and substance abuse, and exposure to the protection of their rights. Psychological part deals with the psyche tested during adolescence and the factors that can lead to risky behavior.
Pedagogical perspective represents the school and school facility as one of the most important settings for health promotion and prevention activities towards children in this area. Medical section deals with the possibility of testing in an adolescent clinic or the possibility of collecting blood and urine samples from those who are reasonably suspected of using addictive substances.
