Legal aspects of providing health care to minors patients

Abstract

Providing health care to minors is a legal point of view of the specifics,because the relationship between doctor and patient minor(child)to join their rights and responsibilities as guardians(parents).The basic legal framework for providing health care to those persons consists of international agreements binding the Czech Republic, constitutional laws, legal laws and regulations.
