Abstract
This comprehensive article deals with envenoming resulting from exotic venomous snakes and vipers of Vipera berus species bites, consequences of bites by Araneida spiders, tropical millipede Chilopodes, injuries caused by venomous fish, Scorpiones scorpions and Hymenoptera hymenopteral insects. Individual types of venoms and toxins, diagnostics and estimation of condition severity, clinical manifestations of envenoming complications and treatment options are described.
