Abstract
Supervision is currently significantly exceeding its traditional use in psychotherapy and social work and getting into new connotations in the nursing and healthcare context. Post the results of qualitative research using methods 'focus group' provides basic information about the problems in the area of supervision including the views of nursing participants, university undergraduate students the nursing field nurse (part-time studies, 3rd year) the concept of supervision in nursing.
