Abstract
For many years, solves effective creation, sharing and dissemination of educational materials for medical students. Existing approaches often encounter specific medicine: a range of topics, the need for frequent and extensive updates, high load authors - educators.
Extraordinary benefit has become use of elements of the open web. Since 2008, originated WikiLectures (www.wikiskripta.eu) - common place for creation and storage of medical teaching materials.
At their formation involving not only teachers but also students themselves. Thanks to this change, open and intensifies communication between teachers and students.
