Abstract
This article summarizes wide differential diagnosis of causes of elevated liver function tests, from the less to the most serious. The increase of liver function tests in the Czech population is frequent.
The article mentions diagnostic possibilities, procedures and cooperation with other specialists. The article is a commentary on Article: Cause and diagnosis of mild elevation of liver transaminases.
