Novel structural arrangement of nematode cystathionine beta-synthases: characterization of Caenorhabditis elegans CBS-1

Abstract

This study showed a unique architecture of nematode cystathionine beta synthases with two tandemly arranged CBS modules. The functional importance of this protein was shown by RNA interference.
