Abstract

Extraezofageální reflux disease (EERCH) is a condition in which reflux causes difficulties and/or complications in the larynx, pharynx, respiratory tract and oral cavity. The exact prevalence is unknown EERCH, it is a heterogeneous group of patients with fluctuating severity of symptoms.

EERCH signs and symptoms are recorded in the U.S. at 4% - 10% of patients coming to the ENT surgeries.
