Abstract

The study underscores the power of mass spectrometry-based metabolomics of Steroid Synthesis by Peroxisome Proliferator-activated Receptor alfa. Combined procedure with genomic and physiologic analyses can help to identify metabolic biomarkers and the corresponding molecular mechanisms.
