Abstract
In April 2010, a parliamentary seminar was held with respect to perspectives of cannabis treatment in the Czech republic. It was indicated that there are no barriers to its implementation that requires a change in the law on psychotropic substances and registration of cannabinoids as medical substances, neither from the side of international treaties, nor from the side of local regulative bodies.
