Harm reduction in Central and Eastern Europe

Abstract

The chapter reviews the development of the harm reduction oriented interventions and policies in the Central and Eastern Europe, its main obstacles, achievements and failures, and identifies the challenges that the pragmatic drug policies are to face in the close future.
