Abstract
Author summarizes the possible causes of treatment failure in erectile dysfunction treatment with PDE5 inhibitors and describes schedule of treatment for erectile dysfuction in complicated cases- i.e.patients who do not respond to basic treatments (inhibitors of PDE5, intracavernosal vasoactive agent therapy) or in special cases (pelvic surgery and injuries, diabetes and spinal injury).
