Early markers of in vitro microspore reprogramming to embryogenesis in olive (Olea europaea L.)

Abstract

Using cyto- and immuno-chemical analysis we identified the cellular changes related to proliferation and differentiation events (starch accumulation, formation of new cell walls etc.) in olive responsive microspores switched to the embryogenic pathway.
