Abstract

Lung cancer is the most common cause of death from malignant disease, the 5-year survival is 6-18%. Improvements in diagnostic methods, the improved surgical techniques and instruments slightly increased operability disease.

Due to better per-and postoperative care is reduced postoperative mortality and morbidity.
