Abstract
Biotechnologic technology is often used in medicine for production of so called recombinant enzymes. These enzymes are after purification and chemical modification administered to patients with lysozomal storage diseases caused by deficient activity of relevant enzyme.
On this basis it is possible to reduce or correct a lot of visceral or skeletal manifastation of the disease.
