Abstract
The book is the first Czech review of one of the commonest diseases of female reproductive age. Both main authors, which have been specialized to this topic for many years, are giving the complete survey of today´s diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities.
The monograph is especially focused on minimally invasive therapy and uterus saving procedures, which is the branch with tremendous progress in the last 15 years.
