The aim of qualitative research project was to map the views and attitudes of nurses in the nursing team and their effects in him. We used the method of group discussion, allowing the concrete and plastic description interviews.
Analysis of interviews brought major themes: the group of nurses, team, team changes, the atmosphere at work, social relations, working conditions, men in nursing, nursing team goals, family and work, career nurse with sub-themes of cooperation, comings and goings of team members, social features relations, women's issues in the community. Coding allowed to identify and develop concepts in terms of their properties and dimensions.
