PPIs - use and drug interactions - an old isue in a new light?

Abstract

Review about the use and effectiveness of proton pump inhibitors and their advantages and disadvantages. There are three PPIs on the Czech market - omeprazole, pantoprazole and lansoprazole.

There are no clinically significant differences among them. The potential advantage brings a newer PPI - esomeprazole.
