Abstract

In cooperation with the University in Lausanne, ultrastructural study supported by biochemical analysis revealed that phospholipid sphingomyellin plays an important role in synthetic processes taking place in cell nucleus. Apart form that, sphingomyellin participates with other phospholipids in the formation of the inner architecture of cell nucleus.
