Abstract
Dental impressions treated by ozonated water presented reduced number of microorganisms on cultivated media during microbial examination. Bacterial elimination is a result of the antimicrobial and oxygenation effects of ozone.
Its conted in water in concentration of 10 - 12 mg/I siems to bee optimal effective concentration for disinfection of dental impressions.
