Expression of choline acetyltransferase and muscarinic M2 receptors in heart atria of rat strain Speague-Dawley and Lewis

Abstract

The aim was the study of mRNA expression of CHAT and M2 receptors where are no differences between right and left atria in both rat strains, the expression of CHAT reveals large differences between left and right atria.
