Shortage of doctors, especially those of quality, worrying all medical systems. the easiest way is to attract professionals from abroad. USA despite the seemingly great help African education has financial profit from getting the best talent for their hospital, without having to pay for their education.
It can be inspiring in many ways for the Czech Republic.
