Conclusion: Reaching the top of the cecum desirable exceeded 90%, but was lower than in most other recent studies. Dosažení terminal ileum was high.
The incidence of polyps and neoplasia increased sharply from 40 years of age. Boundary screening should expand under 50 years of age.
At a young age prevailed hyperplastic polyps, adenomas over 40 years. Histological findings profile was similar in each section and did not indicate significantly different pathogenesis in relation to of localization.
For pedunculated polyps were relatively fewer adenomas and hyperplastic polyps more, at nonpedunculated it was vice versa, which suggests a greater risk of nonpedunculated lesions. Both sexes differed less than corresponding epidemiological statistics.
