Abstract
In recent years was developed new method for determination of antihypertensive drugs concentration using fast LC/MS-MS. This analytical method is highly sensitive and specific and combines physical separation ability of liquid chromatography with mass analysis using tandem mass spectrometry.
The quantification of plasma antihypertensive drugs concentration is a potentially very useful method for assessment of noncompliance to the antihypertensive treatment.
