Abstract
Cohort of 257 women (age 34 – 68) in higner risk of osteoporosis were evaluated by densitometry, bichemical and genetics methods. Genetic´s analysis was concern on COL1A1, ESR1, VDR, LRP5, LRP6 a ALOX12.
Genetic risk of osteoporosis was calculated.
