Abstract
Findings of a scrotal mass in children and adolescents are frequent. Most of them are benign, malignant yolk sac tumour and rhabdomyosarcoma appear in praepubertal boys, embryonal carcinoma in adolescents.
Fast diagnosis and reassurance of parents about very efficient therapy is highly mandatory.
